Armstrong Web Dynamics Florida Customer Deciding on Website Type.

Step 1.  Choose Your Website Type:

Choosing the right website starts with understanding your goals, and that’s where Armstrong Web Dynamics helps Citrus County, FL businesses make the right decision. If your focus is attracting new customers and building credibility, a professional business website is ideal for showcasing your services, contact information, and local presence. If you plan to sell products or accept payments online, an e-commerce website gives you the tools to sell 24/7 with secure checkout and easy product management. For creatives, contractors, or professionals who want to highlight their work, a portfolio or showcase website puts your projects front and center. And if you want to share updates, tips, or improve your local SEO over time, a blog-focused website keeps your content fresh and engaging. Armstrong Web Dynamics works closely with Citrus County customers to match your business goals, budget, and growth plans with the website style that will work hardest for you - now and in the future.

Step 2.  Consultation:

During an in-person or telephone consultation with Armstrong Web Dynamics, the focus is on understanding your business, your goals, and how your website can work for you. We start by talking through what you do, who your customers are, and what you want your website to accomplish - whether that’s generating leads, selling products, showcasing your work, or improving your local visibility. We’ll review colors, design preferences, functionality needs, content ideas, and any existing online presence you may have, while also answering questions in plain, easy-to-understand terms. By the end of the consultation, you’ll have clear recommendations on the type of website that fits your needs, a general layout direction, and a roadmap for moving forward, all tailored specifically to your business and goals.

Step 3.  Contract & Payment:

If you decide to move forward with one of our website design services, the next step is to finalize the agreement and payment. To get started, we require a signed contract that outlines the scope of work and ensures everything is clear and agreed upon by both parties. Payment is also collected at this time to secure your project on our schedule. For your convenience, payment can be made in person using cash, credit card, or check, or you may choose to pay securely through our website. This process allows us to begin work promptly and move forward with confidence on bringing your website to life.  A minimum of 50% is due at signing, with the balance due upon publication of your site.

Step 4.  Website Design Timeline:

Once your project begins, Armstrong Web Dynamics typically completes a fully designed website within 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of the project and how quickly key items are finalized. The process starts with an initial design draft based on the goals and preferences discussed during your consultation. From there, timely feedback and approval on the initial layout help keep the project moving smoothly toward the final design. The overall timeline is also influenced by how quickly we receive required content such as images, logos, text, and business information from the customer. Prompt delivery of these materials allows us to stay on schedule and avoid delays. By maintaining clear communication and quick approvals throughout the process, Citrus County customers can expect an efficient, collaborative experience and a professionally designed website delivered within the estimated timeframe.
